ACIDATT AB is used as buffing agent in acid pH dyebathes (pH 4/5) for a long dye cycle without having to add acids.
This product is used for polyester and nylon dyeing as acidity regulator for the whole dye cycle. The capacity of controlled buffing avoid too strong acidifications when dispersed dyestuffs are used on blends Pes/cellulose where the cellulose part has already been dyed.
The sequestering system protects dyestuffs sensitive to metals from salts present in process water but it does not demetalize metal complex dyestuffs that may be present.
ACIDATT AB does not cause foam formation.
DOSAGE
• High temperature dyeing in Jet or other machinary, bath ratio about 1-10: 1 – 2 g/lt of ACIDATT AB
• Dyeing in jigger or other machianry, bath ratio about 1-5: 2 – 3 g/lt of ACIDATT AB |
