DATOPON ACR is a levelling /retardant to dye acrylic fibres and their blends with cationic dyestuffs.
The main characteristic of DATOPON ACR is to adjust the exhaustion of cationic dyestuffs during the dyeing process. It has been created in such a way that its components act both on the dyestuffs and on the fibre allowing perfectly levelled dyes. DATOPON ACR acts without completely saturate the acrylic fibre simplifying all the dyeing process.
Therefore we recommend to use our product not according to the degree of saturation of the fibre and of dyestuff but as per the following scheme:
• LIGHT SHADES:
sodium sulphate anhydrous: 15% o.w.g.
acetic acid + sulphuric acid to pH 4-4,5
DATOPON ACR: 3-3,5% o.w.g.
• MEDIUM SHADES:
sodium sulphate anhydrous: 10%
acetic acid + sulphuric acid to pH 4-4,5
DATOPON ACR: 2-2,5% o.w.g.
• DARK SHADES:
sodium sulphate anhydrous: 5% o.w.g.
acetic acid + sulphuric acid to pH 4-4,5
DATOPON ACR: 1-1,5 o.w.g. |
